Isaiah holds a master's and bachelor's degree in business administration from Goldey-Beacom College. He places high value on the opportunities marketing has granted him to work in various industries, including scientific instrumentation manufacturing, professional development services, performance arts, and professional associations. Isaiah is passionate about small business and believes they, and the people who bring them to life, are at the heart of thriving communities. If you’re interested in our Start It. A Philadelphia native, graduate student at Eastern University, and small business owner, Bryant brings a strong background in small business development, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to his role as Loan Officer. With hands-on experience as both a business owner and mentor, he is passionate about helping entrepreneurs access the resources and capital they need to grow. At Entrepreneur Works, Bryant focuses on guiding clients through the loan process, building community relationships, and ensuring every borrower feels supported from application to success.

As the Program Compliance and Impact Associate Teresa will assemble and organize necessary programmatic and client data needed to comply with funder’s requirements and track Entrepreneur Works' performance and impact.

Kelly, a proud graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, brings four years of diverse experience in community development and program evaluation to her role as Loan Servicing Specialist. Kelly is responsible for supporting our Loan Portfolio Manager with maintaining the loan portfolio and assisting our borrowers with any support they may need.
